Hara bhara kebab is another vegetable cutlet like snack, prepared with a stuffing of spinach and green peas. This is the best way to add some nutrition to your diet in a delicious way. Vegetarian's go-to kebab recipe, it is made with a mix of mashed potatoes, spinach, green peas, chillies, some cornflour for binding and select spices for flavour. It is quick, simple and delicious.

Ingeridents for Hara Bhara Kabab
  • 4 patato boiled
  • 50 grm spanich
  • 100 grm peas
  • 1/4 cup cornflour
  • 1/4 bread crumbs
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 2tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 green chili
  • 1tsp jeera 
  • 1 tsp chat masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp black papper
  • 1tsp coriander 
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 lemon juice
  • pinch of garam masala
  • Dry fruits (its optional)
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
Method for making Hara Bhara Kabab
  • Take coriander and cumin seeds. Roast them well.
  • Put some water in a pan, add salt, sugar, spinach and peas.
  • Saute them well.
  • Drain the water and keep them in cold water for some time.
  • After that put the mix in a grinder, add garlic, ginger, green chilli, Parsley, coriander leaves and the roasted coriander and cumin seeds
  • Grind all the ingredients to make a paste
  • Take boiled potatoes in a bowl, add salt, chaat masala, black papper,garam masala the paste, bread crumbs and cornflour together.
  • Mix them well to form a paste and add lemon to it.
  • Make round balls out of the paste.
  • Take a pan with some oil and put the round balls into it for frying.
  • Fry them until greenish brown.
  • Serve hot with souce of your choice.
