Who doesn’t love mangoes right? Mangoes are full of tropical goodness and it’s the perfect fruit to have in the form of a decadent healthy smoothie.During summers, everyone needs something to cool down; it’s the season of smoothies, Ice creams, Sorbets, Frozen Yogurts and refreshing cold drinks.I am always excited for this season! No, not because of the heat, because I can eat unlimited juicey & yummy mangoes without thinking twice. And its also my favorite Indian dessert smoothie.
Smoothies are a great way of incorporating much-needed nutrients in our diet.Mangoes are full of goodness and an excellent source of Vitamin A, beta-carotene and potassium.They also provide nutrients like Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E.
So, next time you want a healthy and wholesome breakfast, make this nutritious Mango Smoothie which will also satisfy your sweet tooth.

This super creamy mango smoothie is made with just 3 healthy ingredients, ready in less than 5 minutes, and the most delicious breakfast smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cup Mango Peeled, Cubed and Frozen
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2tsp sugar (its optional)
For the topping
- Walnuts
- Almonds
- Raisin(kishmish)
- Mango Slices
Method for making Mango Smoothie
- Add mango, fresh cream ,milk and sugar in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie in serving bowl/glass.
- Garnish with nuts & raisins and mango slices.
- Serve immediately.
